Hello, my name is Andrew (a.k.a. the burpee billionaire) and this is my personal blog. It is focused on “ageless success principles.” I believe that humans are only using a fraction of our God-given capabilities. 120 years of life was promised in the bible and we have documented proof that a few supercentenarians approach this number every year and a few have surpassed it, yet the majority die 40 to 50 years earlier than we should.

The majority of humans fall far short of their potential not only in lifespan, but also in their health, wealth, and happiness. It is my goal to help you close the gap between where you currently are to where you want to be.

If you want to live a long healthy life with an ageless appearance, filled with happiness while performing work that gives your life meaning – then this blog is for you.

In this blog, I will write on the topics of:

  • Health – Aging slower while living longer
  • Wealth – Financial freedom to only work because you want to
  • Happiness – Principles of happiness to make every day meaningful
  • Career – Strategies to work as long as you want

I typically post once a week. Each blog will be on one of the topics listed above and will also include a section detailing any books, videos or gadgets I am currently enjoying. The final section of the blog will have a video link to one of my all-time favorite wisdom coaches. To make sure you don’t miss any of my posts please make sure you subscribe. I will also accept a limited amount of advertising from companies that focus on wellness and longevity products and success strategies.

My Credentials

I have worked in corporate America and athletic coaching my entire career. I majored in computer science at Rutgers University where I received my Master’s Degree with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. I have been fortunate to work for some of the best corporations in the world. My entire career focus has been to improve, organize and transform business processes to help people become efficient and effective.

My athletic coaching career started after graduating from Rutgers. I earned my black belt in Tae Kwon Do and spent many years assisting lower belts with katas and forms. I also became a scuba instructor (teaching at Rutgers) and a ski instructor (teaching at Hunter Mountain, NY). I am a prana yoga instructor focused on assisting teacher-training (Princeton Yoga) and helping people learn to breathe and relax. A major part of my coaching focus is to first help people overcome their fear. Once that is accomplished they can confidently fulfill their dreams.

I have combined my corporate and athletic background with a life coaching certification from New York University, to help you to achieve your dreams be it in business or in life. My coaching is a three-step process where we look at your current reality, then establish alternatives and finally tap your energy to determine the path to follow. Transforming you from where you are to where you want to be is my goal and passion. Click this link if you are interested in a coaching session
